Coupled with the company's advanced online quenching - tempering integrated production process line, the quality of the products is guaranteed. Compared with the traditional casting process, the steel balls produced by the company have more precise external dimensions, denser internal structure, more uniform grains, higher hardness and uniform hardness distribution. During use, the products have excellent qualities such as wear resistance, no deformation, and no cracking.

1. High overall hardness: The surface hardness can reach 57 - 65HRC, and the volume hardness reaches 55 - 65HRC, with a uniform hardness gradient distribution;

2. High impact toughness: The impact toughness is greater than or equal to 12j/cm2;

3. Low breakage rate: The resistance to breakage and peeling is more than 10 times that of ordinary cast steel balls. The drop ball impact times are more than 20,000 times, and the actual breakage rate does not exceed 1%, approaching zero breakage.
